Dispute Resolution
We appreciate that our clients are not in the business of disputes, but they do arise on complex projects. We work with our clients to settle disputes early, and on good terms. We understand that a concentrated application of both tactical and legal pressure is most likely to result in settlement. Where settlement through negotiation is not an option, we have almost 25 years’ experience resolving international disputes, appearing for parties in court, mediation and arbitration proceedings, including those involving ICC, HKIAC, SIAC, CIETAC and UNCITRAL arbitral rules.
